Our land

The respect of the land goes through a better understanding of his nature, about that we use organic fertilizers only and we encourage the development of the natural grass. It’s permit to the microbic fauna, in a natural cycle, to enrich the ground of our vineyards. Our productivity is about 35/40 hectolitres per hectare maximum. The vineyard of La Borderie stretch over 8.5 hectares.

Our history

Fourth generation of winegrower, we have linked family passing down and our skills learnt during our studies in wine school. We elaborate some fine wine according to the identity of our land. Since January, 2008 we have founded the “Union des Grands Fiefs de Brem” with four other winegrowers from Brem and one sommelier wine merchant. This association permit to promote our land but also our wines, with preserving our independence. Come discover our vintages and our skills to the cellar and have a friendly moment.
